Man wanted on suspicion of a public order offence, criminal damage and assault in Oxfordshire

Police are appealing for the public’s help in tracing a man wanted on suspicion of a public order offence with fear of provocation or violence, criminal damage and assault.

Phillip Chewings, aged 34, of Berinsfield, is white, skinny build, short dark hair, and clean shaven.

He is known to frequent Dorchester Lakes in Dorchester-on-Thames, Berinsfield, Oxfordshire, and Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

Chewings is wanted in connection with a number of incidents alleged to have happened in Berinsfield, Oxfordshire on 15 June 20.

Investigating officer, PC Edward Dodd of the Incident Crime and Response team, based at Abingdon police station, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Chewings.

“We are asking anyone who has seen him or knows where he is to please come forward.

“If you do see him, please call 101 quoting reference 43200178957.”
