Police appeal for information and victim to come forward following robbery in Windsor

Police are appealing for information and help in tracing a victim following a robbery in Windsor.

At around 4pm on Thursday (13/8) officers received a report of a robbery in Imperial Park, Windsor.

It was reported that a group of males approached a boy on a bicycle, threatened him and took his bag. They then ran away.

The victim left the scene before police arrived.

An 18-year-old man was arrested in connection with this incident.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Kelly Davis, based at Maidenhead police station, said: “We are appealing for the victim of this incident to please come forward and speak to us.

“We would also appeal for anyone who has information about what happened, or who witnessed this incident, to get in touch.

A man has now been found.  An 18-year-old man from Slough was arrested on suspicion of robbery, possession of a controlled drug of class B and threats to kill. He has been released under investigation.
