Keeping fit and healthy has never been so important. Community Learning is offering a range of online well-being courses this term which includes Pilates and yoga – there is even a `chair yoga’ course for those who are less mobile.
You will learn how to develop your body awareness, control and improve mobility, increase core strength and learn some breathing exercises for relaxation.
